What counts as crawling?
A crawl is a scan of a site up to your plan's URL limit. Scheduled and manual crawls both count towards the monthly quota and the app always shows your usage before you start a crawl.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan requires no card, does not expire, and includes the full report suite for up to 100 URLs per crawl.
How do upgrades currently work?
Upgrades are managed within the app: select a plan, submit the request, and the team activates it in your workspace. The self-service checkout is on the way.
What are credits?
AI-powered features such as AI corrections, content writer, AI visibility checks, rank checks, and ad image generation use provider credits. Usage is measured, visible in your workspace, and protected by monthly caps per plan so you're never surprised by spending.
What is the difference between AI Visibility Monitoring and AI Visibility Pro?
Tracking records whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews cite your website for your prompts, with history and share of voice. Pro adds the diagnostic layer: citation sentiment, response simulation showing where competitors are winning, gap briefs and quick opportunity sizing.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes. Monthly plans can be changed or canceled at any time, and with annual billing, you pay for ten months and get twelve months. Self-service billing is coming soon, so for now a change of plan will be arranged in the app or via email.
Are you selling a backlink index or keyword database?
No. The backlink monitor monitors the links you import and the rank tracker checks the keywords you select. Historical organic visibility trends come from an external ranking data source on Growth and Scale.
Is white-label reporting an additional charge?
No. Branded, printable reports and protected customer links are included in every plan, even the free plan.
Can my entire team work in one workspace?
Yes. The places increase from 1 for Free and Starter to 3 for Pro, 8 for Growth and 16 for Scale. Invitations are sent via email and roles include owner, admin, member, and a read-only viewer for stakeholders who should watch but never touch.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Nothing quiet. The app shows your consumption before each crawl. If a crawl would exceed the monthly quota, it will simply be blocked until the next month or upgrade, and a site larger than your URL limit per crawl will be crawled up to the limit and will not fail.
Can I check sites I don't own?
Yes. Check all public websites, including competitor websites, within your plan's URL limit. The crawler always respects robots.txt on sites that you have not verified; Verifying ownership with a meta tag or file unlocks the conscious option to ignore robots.txt on your own website.
Is my data blocked?
No. Each report can be exported to xlsx, CSV, printable PDF or API at any time. Google connections are read-only, with tokens encrypted at rest. You can disconnect them or delete a website at any time.
