Last updated: July 20, 2026. This statement applies to the US marketing website at swissknifeseo.us. The Swiss Knife SEO application has its own privacy policy, which is displayed directly in the app.

The short version

Analytics storage is denied by default. Google Analytics runs on every visit but stays in a cookieless mode until you choose Accept analytics: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Advertising remains disabled either way. Standard server logs remain active for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

What we process

• Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard access details such as the IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and user agent for security and operations. Logs rotate on a normal retention schedule.
• Email. If you contact info@swissknifeseo.com, we retain the correspondence while the conversation remains useful. We do not add you to a marketing list.
• Site analytics. Google Analytics receives page views, page titles, URLs without query strings, referrers without query strings, and general browser, device, and approximate location information. Until you accept, these arrive with no cookie or identifier stored on your device, so they cannot be linked into a profile of you across visits. It does not receive form entries, prompts, API keys, OAuth tokens, payment data, or advertising identifiers from this website.

Cookieless until you accept

We use Google Analytics 4 only to understand website reach and improve the visitor experience. The Google tag loads on every visit, but until you accept analytics it runs with storage denied: it sets no cookies, keeps nothing on your device, and cannot recognize you from one visit to the next. Accepting permits cookies named _ga and _ga_*, so repeat visits can be counted as one person rather than several. Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled in both states.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen Privacy choices at any time. If you decline or revoke consent, analytics returns to the cookieless mode described above and this website removes its Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered for six months, after which we ask again.

No advertising trackers

We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and this website does not load advertising pixels. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied regardless of your analytics choice.

How we use what we collect

We use this data for one purpose: understanding in aggregate how people find and use this website so we can improve it. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or building audiences.

One point deserves precision rather than a broader claim than we can honestly make. Google Analytics is a Google product, so the measurements above are sent to Google and processed by Google on our behalf, under Google's terms, as our processor. Google is the only third party that receives this data. We do not pass it to anyone else, and no advertising network receives it from us.
